Community center freezer repaired; A/C and plumbing need larger work
Summary
Board members reported a $120 repair to the community center freezer and a $1,125 A/C recharge; the A/C has leaking horizontal coils that would be expensive to replace and kitchen plumbing under the sink is heavily corroded and may need replacement.

During announcements the board noted several community center maintenance issues. Grassers repaired a broken freezer at a cost of $120, and staff paid $1,125 to top off the community center's A/C — which staff reported has two large horizontal coils that are leaking and would be expensive to replace.
Trustees Patrick and Barry Flanagan noted the kitchen sink plumbing is badly corroded and may require replacing; Trustee Brad Nicholson asked the board to consider a donation to Sno n Mo for mulch work and requested placing that item on the next agenda.
