Ditch Inspector Dylan Oeltjenbruns reported that Big Bend Wind, LLC has signed the Declaration and Covenant to place a culvert and accept responsibility for maintenance of that crossing. The board approved the assessments and allowed the Board Chair to sign the covenant (motion by Commissioner Larry Anderson; second by Commissioner Wayne Maras).
