The Ladd Village Board voted unanimously May 26 to authorize payment of bills totaling $109,804.29. Trustee Brad Nicholson moved the payment authorization, Trustee Dan Nelson seconded, and the board recorded a 6-0 vote in favor.
The board also authorized the Treasurer’s Report for April 2026 by a 6-0 vote. Trustee Jan Martin asked why the board no longer reads the treasurer’s report aloud, noting that former Treasurer John Kopina used to do so. Village Attorney Patrick Barry said he does not recall a time when the report was read aloud.
