Lake Villa board approves payment authorization resolution and two ordinances
Summary

The board also approved Ordinance 2026-05-02, amending the intergovernmental agreement with the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County, and Ordinance 2026-05-03, which revises the Village Code related to parks, recreation areas, public properties and utilities. Both ordinances were carried by unanimous roll-call votes. These items were handled as part of the board's consent and legislative business for the evening.
