The motion to accept the lease was made by Tammie Dugat and seconded by Scott Chisum. The vote passed unanimously, 5–0 (Tim McLaughlin — Yea; Tammie Dugat — Yea; Jayme Wooten — Yea; Brenda Gonzalez — Yea; Scott Chisum — Yea).
