Clerk/Treasurer Lisa Cope presented the village treasurer’s report through the end of October 2025 and told trustees that the Water fund balance is low and warrants discussion of revised water rates. The concern appeared under the Treasurer’s report; no immediate rate change was adopted at the Dec. 1 meeting.
Mayor Jenn Najdek said she would forward the engineer’s email regarding water rates to the board so members can review proposed changes. The treasurer’s report is on file with the Clerk/Treasurer’s Office.
