The Laraway C.C.S.D. 70‑C board unanimously approved a consent agenda at its March 10, 2026 meeting that bundled fiscal, personnel and records actions.
"move to approve the consent agenda of Bills Payable; Imprest Payable; Payroll; Treasurer’s Report; Notice of Intent to Retire – Teacher – Mrs. Kimberley Wilson; Notice of Intent to Retire – Teacher – Ms. Julie Renzi; Notice of Intent to Retire – Teacher – Mrs. Jodi Ferlin; Principal Evaluation and Contract; Assistant Principal Evaluation; Semi Annual Review of Closed Meeting Minutes; Destruction of Audio Session Tape: Regular Meeting Minutes from February 17, 2026," said the motion offered by Mr. Brass and seconded by Mr. Washington. On a roll call vote Brass, Hopkins, Knight, D Matenaer and Washington voted aye and the motion passed 5–0.
The consent package formalized personnel processing for several named teachers who filed notices of intent to retire: Mrs. Kimberley Wilson, Ms. Julie Renzi and Mrs. Jodi Ferlin. The board also approved the principal evaluation and contract and the assistant principal evaluation, and authorized routine fiscal items including bills payable and payroll. The minutes record destruction of one audio session tape tied to the Feb. 17, 2026 regular meeting as part of the semiannual records review.
Board members supporting the motion were recorded by name in the roll call; the unanimous outcome means these listed actions will proceed as recorded in the district minutes.
