Laraway board approves consent agenda including several new hires and records destruction

Mr. Matenaer moved to approve the consent agenda, which included Bills Payable; Imprest Payable; New Construction Payable; Payroll; the Treasurer’s Report; and several personnel actions. The motion carried 6-0 on a roll call vote.
Personnel items named in the minutes include hiring Leksha Millsap as a bus driver, Jocelynn D’Alessio as a bus monitor and Maria Barrios as a substitute custodian. The consent agenda also recorded a one-year leave of absence for the Drama Club advisor, Joanna Marino, and authorized the destruction of audio-session tapes from the Nov. 18, 2025 regular and executive-session board meeting.
