Executive Director Melissa Alexander updated the board on an ongoing software changeover and the start of the annual budget process. She said staff have attended several meetings and are converting the chart of accounts to meet the new software’s required format; during conversion, old and unused accounts are being removed.
Alexander also said staff are beginning the budget process and preparing year-end reports for the Department of Environmental Quality and the Health Department. The updates were presented as part of the Director’s Report and drew no further questions from board members.
