Ralph Deshetsky, speaking for the Snow Travelers during public comment, thanked the board for earlier support and described ongoing work "replacing a bridge, maintaining the connecting trails to the town of Schroon, still trying to figure out how to get over slippery banks safely." The allocation was described in the meeting as intended to benefit both local residents and tourists. The board recorded the vote as unanimous.
