The Board authorized a $100,000 down payment composed of $40,000 from DA.0.9950.900 (Transfers, Capital Projects Fund), $54,000 from DA 0 9785 (Highway - Town Wide Install Pur Debt) and $6,000 from DA 0 5680 (Highway - Town Wide Other Transportation), and instructed an increase to DA.0.5130.200 (Machinery, Equip & Cap Outlay) to cover the down payment. A motion to adopt the resolution was made by Councilman Frank Snyder and seconded by Councilman Timothy Trimm; the roll-call vote was Niles—Aye, Trimm—Aye, Snyder—Aye, Robinson—Aye (4–0).
The resolution references procurement under New York State OGS contract pricing and the previous board approval to purchase the vehicle. The minutes record that the financing and budget transfer motions were requested by the Supervisor and Bookkeeper and that the Board authorized the Supervisor and Bookkeeper to execute any required documents.
