Brooke Baldauf, speaking during the Finance & Administration report, said the board had previously decided to hold a recycling day and asked staff to confirm the date; Clerk-level staff will contact Bob Kurth to identify available dates, and late April was discussed as preferable because prom is May 2.
Baldauf also reported that online utility transaction fees will increase to 3.25% with a $3.99 minimum; the minutes note automatic payments will remain fee-free and that this information will be included in the Village newsletter. No public comment on either item is recorded in the minutes.
