At the July 1 meeting the Zoning Board of Adjustment heard from town staff that Applicant Jennifer Valz of Restoration & Performance Motorcars was not prepared to proceed with the scheduled public hearing for Application 26‑030, a proposed 15,000‑square‑foot automobile restoration and sales facility at 302 Monkton Road.
Katie Hill, Zoning Administrator, reported the applicant requested a continuance so the Board could vote to move the matter to the August meeting. Dave Mentzer moved to continue the application to Aug. 5; Diane Nadon seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
