Montour House sold; board told new owner may request another PILOT

Supervisor Scott and Mayor Ryan said they were not sure another PILOT would be in the best interest of both the village and the town and said they will discuss the matter further. The minutes record that the current PILOT has three years remaining; once that term ends the property would revert to full taxation absent a new agreement.
