The board adopted Resolution #36 directing Building Inspector Dean Hillyard to advise homeowner Michael Switzer that the burned trailer on his property must be removed by Nov. 1, 2025. Councilperson Breana Yessman moved the resolution and Councilperson Donna Taber seconded it; the vote was 5–0.
Hillyard said he investigated a complaint regarding the trailer and reported that Switzer told him he had not received prior notice that removal was required. The board nevertheless set the Nov. 1, 2025 removal deadline in the resolution.
