The Town Board on Oct. 14 approved Change Order Number One for Hybrid Building Solutions, increasing the salt/sand shed contract by $5,731.36. The change order was described in the minutes as Hybrid Building Solutions’ 25% share of unanticipated material costs resulting from tariffs not in place when the original bid was submitted; the board authorized the Supervisor to sign the change order on the town's behalf.
The board also authorized a one-week rental of a 60-foot articulating boom lift with jib from Taylor Rental for $1,260.00 to assist installation of LED lighting in the new salt shed. The rental was designated a sole-source procurement under the town’s procurement policy, with funds to be drawn from AA.0.5132.415 (Garage, Repairs). Both actions passed on roll-call votes (5–0).
