Supervisor Reports FEMA Obligations, NYSERDA Grant Closed Out; FY2026 Budget Hearing Set

Supervisor Chad Niles gave the monthly supervisor's report and set a public introduction of the FY2026 preliminary budget for Oct. 28, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
He reported that the $10,000 NYSERDA grant has been closed out and that a reimbursement request has been submitted. He also provided FEMA updates: Category C Project 812463 (Town-wide road and shoulder washouts), total $44,220.72, was obligated on Oct. 7, 2025 for 75% reimbursement ($33,165.54) and closed as of Oct. 14, 2025; Category B Project 959124 (Alborg/Elmer Rd emergency repairs), total $6,288.31, was obligated Oct. 7, 2025 for 75% reimbursement ($4,716.24) and closed Oct. 14, 2025. Two other FEMA projects (Project 810128: Roads and Culverts Washout; Project 1497289: Mill Road Bridge) remain pending CRC/mitigation review.
