Minerva board approves several budget transfers and a memorial resolution

The transfers were approved by roll call with McNally, McCall, Dubay and Fish voting aye (Motion #285).
The board also approved a resolution in memory of Philip Johnson (Motion #286). Both actions were carried 4-0 and were recorded in the meeting minutes.
