The Minerva Town Board voted unanimously to adopt its 2026 budget on Nov. 6, 2025 after a prior public hearing. Councilman Keith Dubay moved to adopt the preliminary budget as the adopted budget, and the motion carried on a roll-call vote with Supervisors and council members Stephen McNally, Douglas McCall, Keith Dubay and Scott Fish voting aye.
The board opened a public hearing on the preliminary budget at 6:30 p.m.; "No questions, regarding the budget, were asked to the board," the record states. The adoption follows that hearing and will serve as the town's fiscal plan for 2026. The action was recorded as Motion #282.
