Trustee Jimmie Faye Waller made the motion to approve the budget amendment; Trustee Manuel Dennis seconded and the motion carried with all present trustees voting in favor. The transfer is intended to align recorded expenditures with amounts actually spent and to prepare the fund for the year-end audit.
