LCISD adopts revised vision and mission as part of Texas Strategic Leadership process

The Leverett’s Chapel ISD Board of Trustees voted to adopt a revised district vision and mission on Sept. 23, 2025, after Superintendent Matt Everett said the existing statements "do not reflect the current goals" and recommended updates through the Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL) process.
Trustee Manuel Dennis moved to approve the revised vision and mission; Trustee Jimmie Faye Waller seconded and the motion carried with all present trustees voting in favor. The Board recorded the adoption as part of the district's strategic planning work under TSL.
