PTO reports community give‑back, Fun Run success and upcoming book fair

Laura Reutzel, representing the PTO, reported the group is sponsoring a community give-back program in partnership with Fill A Heart For Kids and will collect boxes of macaroni and cheese during October. She also summarized a successful Oct. 3 Fun Run, noted a storm-chaser career speaker program, and announced the K–5 Book Fair scheduled for Nov. 17–19 with a Family Night on Nov. 19; the next PTO meeting is set for Nov. 5 at 9:30 a.m.
These activities were presented to the board as informational and reflect ongoing PTO fundraising and community engagement efforts; no board action was required at this meeting.
