Council approved the payment under the contract the city entered into with MH Civil Constructors on May 5, 2025. The approval reflects ongoing capital work on the plant and continued disbursement under periodic payment applications submitted by the contractor.
"To approve a payment request #3 from MH Civil in the amount of $502,444.93 for the new 1.8 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant pursuant to the contract approved between the City and MH Civil Constructors on May 5, 2025," the meeting record says. The motion carried unanimously.
