Levelland OKs first reading of ordinance to require grease interceptors for food-service businesses

The council approved the ordinance on first reading by unanimous vote (Motion: Michael Stueart; Second: Bill Powell). The ordinance will return for second reading before final adoption, and staff indicated it will work with code enforcement and local businesses on implementation details.
