Levelland approves annual services agreement with Chamber of Commerce

Motion to approve was made by Mayor Pro Tem Michael Stueart and seconded by Council Member Bill Powell; the motion "carried unanimously." The City Manager, James Fisher, noted the agreement is an annual routine contract that supports tourism and community events.
