Committee recommends ARPA transfer after USDA grant adjustment to cover IT costs

Rooney said the committee was being asked to transfer those ARPA funds to cover general-fund expenditures, and identified roughly $87,000 in IT professional-services spending, planned for 2024, that would be funded from that transfer after unexpected server work related to a system incident.
