Board ratifies amendments to NSSEO Articles of Agreement

Prospect Heights School District 23 on Nov. 13 adopted a resolution ratifying proposed amendments to the Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization (NSSEO) Articles of Agreement. The amendments, said administration and board members involved in the review, are intended to align NSSEO governance with the district and the newly developed strategic plan and to improve collaboration and service delivery to member districts.
Board Member Carol Botwinski moved the resolution and Board Member Brian Greidanus seconded; the motion passed 7–0. The packet includes Exhibit A showing proposed additions and deletions and a certification signed by the district secretary. Administration and NSSEO representatives will provide implementation steps and timelines to member districts as the revised Articles become effective.
