Board approves preliminary construction management agreement for Eisenhower expansion

The Prospect Heights School District 23 board on Nov. 13 approved preliminary Construction Management Services agreements with Nicholas & Associates to provide construction management for the Eisenhower expansion project. Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations Amy McPartlin summarized the development and legal review of the agreement and said the firm would support district oversight during the expansion work.
The motion to approve the preliminary agreements was made by Tracey Morrissey and seconded by Brian Greidanus. The motion passed 7–0. The board also discussed related summer 2026 work at MacArthur and Eisenhower during the Building & Sites committee report; administration will follow up with project details and procurement steps as the project advances.
