A member of the public addressed the commission from the podium and asked that revised drafts be circulated earlier to allow stronger community participation. He said he appreciated the open forum and the chance to come in, adding: "I really really appreciate having this open forum and a chance to come and I really want to get some more of the community involved," and asked staff to make the 400‑page document easier to access and announce when new versions are posted (S7).
Commissioners and staff thanked the commenter for attending and said staff will post the public review draft and use PIO channels and social media to notify residents. The commission acknowledged that a 400‑page packet received days before a workshop limits public input and encouraged additional outreach for the next posting.
