Staff reports one prospective Aetna project that may be handled at staff level
Summary
Staff notified the commission of a prospective project originating from Aetna; staff said it will likely be resolved administratively, but may be escalated to the commission in September if it cannot be handled at the staff level.
During the correspondence and staff comments portion of the meeting, staff advised commissioners there is one prospective project coming from Aetna that may not be a service agreement and will probably be handled at the staff level.
"We do have, 1 prospective project coming out of Aetna for not a service agreement. It's probably gonna be handled at the staff level, but if it's not, then it'll be escalated to LAFCo in September," Speaker 2 said. The commission did not take action; staff will return the item to the agenda in September if escalation is needed.
