A motion to approve the minutes and the budget was moved during the meeting; the clerk conducted a roll-call vote and commissioners voted in favor. The action was recorded as approved and will govern the commission's fiscal year spending unless altered in a future meeting. The commission noted the item had been continued from the May 12 meeting and that staff had circulated the proposed budget to the nine incorporated cities with no comments returned.
