Stall said Williams is requesting estimates from an on-site contractor (Blue Sky) to pave the access road with 4 inches of asphalt to handle increased traffic and reduce county maintenance; Williams will coordinate permitting with Utah DOT and work with Mr. Woods on an engineered approach that includes installing a 16-foot-wide cattle guard prior to the transition to Forest Service land. Stall also noted a projected workforce peak of roughly 65 people and asked the county to report any professional-behavior issues directly to her.
