Mayor Carlson and councilors asked whether the proposed code changes would affect apartments in different zones; Lassonde clarified the hearing and proposed amendments target residential zones and would not automatically change requirements in different zoning types such as those at Northridge. Council Member Steiner moved to set the July 21 public hearing; the motion passed unanimously.
