Study finds no sidewalks on west side of Lee Boulevard and no marked crossings

Council and staff acknowledged the gap and said the study will evaluate pedestrian and bicycle connections as part of corridor planning; preliminary outreach showed 186 survey responses and map comments that highlighted safety and nonmotorized needs.
