Chair (Speaker 1) and other commissioners agreed the project appeared routine and elected to proceed with the hearing while allowing for follow-up review if counsel raised concerns.
Development Director Healy Lane (Speaker 4) advised that if council does not formally review and if there are legal concerns, the commission can always hold off. Commissioners noted they had read the packet and saw no clearing legal issues and chose to continue discussion.
