Dr. Darren Morton, the committee chair, explained that "properties that were not included in the Phase One bid and purchase process will be included in a public auction scheduled for 2026," and that the City is compiling information rather than accepting bids at this stage. Staff flagged 204 South 5th for a title transfer from the Mount Vernon Industrial Development Agency before sale can proceed.
