Selectmen approved Warrant #35 (dated Jan. 21, 2026) and Warrant #36 (dated Jan. 23, 2026) by a recorded tally of 3-0, covering payroll and accounts payable totaling $74,930.32. The board then accepted the Treasurer’s Report dated Jan. 23, 2026 (vote 3-0).
Town Manager Sara J. Liscomb presented account figures showing a Trio-General Ledger balance of $1,054,327.40 and a six‑month certificate of deposit valued at $107,539.29. Liscomb also reported bond holdings listed at $2,859,254.00 and $2,856,455.00 in two market-value snapshots. The Tax Collector’s Report, accepted 3-0, listed taxes receivable as $1,065,630.80 for FY26, $13,690.19 for FY25 and $3,712.75 for FY24.
The board did not record mover/second names for the motions in the minutes. No changes to tax rates or new revenue measures were proposed during the meeting.
