Davis described the operating levy proposal in the minutes as an “operating millage renewal of 18 mills; a six-year request.” Assistant Superintendent Davis also confirmed that Feb. 11, 2025, is the last day to place any other item on the May ballot, making the timeline for finalizing millage language and board approval time‑sensitive. The minutes do not record a vote tally or names of a mover and seconder for the items referred to the full Board.
