Scott Smith of Plante Moran Realpoint presented the Farmington Public School District's September 2025 bond quarterly dashboard, summarizing allocations, expenditures and project progress. He reported that transportation upgrades and site improvements at Visions Unlimited, Farmington Central High School and East Middle School are in closeout, and that scoreboard and lighting installations at secondary schools have been completed. "All projects remain on schedule and within budget," the presenter said. Construction for the multipurpose room addition at Farmington High School is targeted to begin in spring 2026 after review of cost estimates.
Board members asked follow-up questions during the presentation and provided comments on timing and cost-estimate review processes. The district remains in the design phase for the multipurpose room addition and is continuing standard closeout work for several previously authorized bond projects.
