Council member Jerretta Nance Pate moved to approve the final plat; Greg Kilgore seconded and the motion carried with all members voting in favor. The plat is located in the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ), and the approval advances the developer's ability to proceed with land division consistent with the plat.
