Lincoln Parish authorizes $4.1M SRF pre-application for courthouse-adjacent park

The Lincoln Parish Police Jury approved Resolution 2025-35 authorizing Parish President Glenn Scriber to submit a pre-application, application and, if necessary, issue debt up to $4,100,000 to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality's State Revolving Fund to place a proposed public park adjacent to the courthouse on the Comprehensive Priority List for funding consideration. The resolution designates the president as project representative and authorizes provision of additional information requested by DEQ.
Separately, the Public Property and Buildings Committee authorized engaging Shuler Consulting Company for the Park/Greenspace Project and approved a $109,540 change order to Lincoln Builders for site preparation at the Health Hub. The minutes also note authorization to apply to the DEQ Clean Water State Revolving Fund for the park project.
