The Lincoln Parish Police Jury adopted an ordinance amending Sec. 4-7 of the parish code to allow possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Lincoln Parish Library Events Center at 910 North Trenton Street, provided such use complies with Library Events Center policies and rules. The amendment was considered during new business and carried on roll call vote.
