Darrell Crouch was approved as Assistant Athletic Director for 2025–26. The minutes record: "Buck motioned and Kopinski seconded that the Board approve the employment of Darrell Crouch - Assistant Athletic Director for the 2025-26 school year." The board also approved the employment of Aaron Davis for 2025 summer maintenance and Stephanie Redlingshafer as Transportation Administrative Assistant for 2025–26. All votes on these personnel items were recorded as 6–0 in favor.
Extracurricular hires confirmed by the board included Laura Grimes as Assistant Junior Class Sponsor and Curtis Whisker as Head Girls Tennis Coach. Each of those motions carried unanimously, with roll calls listing Kopinski, Eyres, Funk, Drum, Essig and Buck voting yes.
The approvals were processed under the action items portion of the agenda after routine committee and staff reports were presented earlier in the meeting.
