Kevin Gross (trustee) and supported by Marcus Terry (treasurer); the motion carried with five ayes: Sha'Quana Davis-Smith (secretary), Jennifer Dooley (trustee), G. Kevin Gross, Dr. Anisha Hannah and Marcus Terry. Trustees Tanisha Miller had not yet arrived (arrived at 5:09 p.m.) and Kenyada Bowman was recorded absent.
The board remained in closed session until 6:00 p.m., when Marcus Terry moved and Sha'Quana Davis-Smith supported a motion to end the closed session; that motion carried with five ayes (Hannah, Miller, Terry, Davis-Smith and Dooley). The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m. on a motion by Terry supported by Davis-Smith. The minutes were later certified by Dhu Queena Duri Amies and Secretary Sha'Quana Davis-Smith.
