The Little Elm ISD Board of Trustees convened a special meeting Oct. 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the district administration building. Board President Mary Watkins called the meeting to order and Ms. Sonia S. Flores performed roll call; Secretary Ken Beber was absent. The meeting moved directly through agenda items and no citizen input was made during the public comment portion.
The agenda included an item to nominate a board member to the Denton Central Appraisal District and a staff presentation requesting reclassification of two Special Education instructional assistant positions; both motions passed 6-0. Superintendent Michael Lamb briefly mentioned teachers' training to the trustees. The board adjourned at 6:04 p.m. The minutes for this session were later approved on Dec. 15, 2025.
