Board nominates delegate and alternate to TASB assembly; votes 6–0

During the Aug. 18 meeting, Trustee Alejandro Flores moved to nominate Trustee Jason Olson as Little Elm ISD's delegate to the 2025 Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Delegate Assembly. Trustee David Montemayor seconded the motion. The board approved the nomination by a 6–0 vote.
Trustee Alejandro Flores then nominated himself as the alternate, a motion seconded by Vice President DeLeon English; that motion also passed 6–0. No further discussion was recorded in the minutes.
