The Forest Hills Board of Education considered and adopted three resolutions related to schools of choice and interdistrict enrollment for the 2025–26 school year. By unanimous 6–0 roll call votes, the board (1) declined to accept Section 105 applications of non‑resident students from outside the district for the 2025–26 school year, (2) declined to accept Section 105c applications from residents of contiguous intermediate school districts for 2025–26, and (3) authorized participation in the Kent Intermediate School District (ISD) Collaborative Schools of Choice program for 2025–26.
Motions were made and supported by board members in the meeting minutes and each motion carried by a 6–0 vote. The minutes record these actions as formal resolutions (Ref. No. 25‑02/10‑E1, E2 and E3).
