Flores: President Mary Watkins, Secretary Ken Beber, Trustee David Montemayor, Trustee Jeff Burton and Superintendent Michael Lamb were present at the start; Vice President DeLeon English was noted late at 5:34 p.m.; Trustees Jason Olson and Alejandro Flores were not present.
District staff presented the Notice of Public Meeting to Discuss Budget and Proposed Tax Rate; Jesse Wyse briefed the board. The minutes record, "There was no citizen input." Secretary Ken Beber moved to adjourn, Trustee Jeff Burton seconded, and the motion passed 5–0. The meeting adjourned at 5:39 p.m. The minutes for this hearing were later approved on Sept. 15, 2025.
