Farmington Board convenes closed session under attorney–client privilege

The motion passed by unanimous voice vote (Ayes: Blau, Heinrich, Hull, Recinto, Smith, Walker).
The minutes record that the Board moved into closed session at 5:03 p.m. The public portion of the minutes notes no public comments were shared prior to convening the closed session. The board returned to the special meeting at 7:22 p.m. and adjourned one minute later at 7:23 p.m.
