Finance director outlines rollout of Munis Employee Self Service and schedule for training

Finance Director Rosa Cojulun told the Finance Committee she and GAD Group Technology's Greg Dover have reconciled employee records in the Munis Employee Self Service (ESS) system and are preparing to distribute user IDs and passwords to employees and village officials. "The next step is to push out user id and password for employees including Village Officials," she said.
Cojulun said electronic pay stubs will be available online soon and that Munis training will be offered in six sessions for departmental users; an email will be sent to department heads with sign-up instructions. I.T. Manager Phillip Chau is coordinating technical support for the rollout and training.
